It's the question we ask the world's greatest early childhood researchers as we invite them to join our mission:

"If new parents were to come to you today and ask, 'Where can I go - book, video, website, class - anywhere, to learn the science to give my child the evidence-based best chance to flourish, where would you point them?"

After a pause, the answer is always the same, "It doesn't exist."

From the world's greatest reseachers, that's what we're building - for Free.

Some of the Life-Changing Science to come:

Social Emotional Skills

Show a 13 point average gain in academic achievement!

In the largest study of its kind involving almost 100,000 students from kindergarten through high school.

.

Executive Functions - Prison or Princeton

Over 1,000 children were followed for over 30 years. Executive functions at age 3 predicted poorer quality of life (substance abuse, finishing high school, interactions with the law) vs. higher quality of life (college, higher incomes, better relationships).

2X over I.Q.

Executive functions predict academic performance from the earliest elementary grades thru college better than IQ..

"Investing Against the Evidence"

UNESCO document released to all 193 member United Nations countries. Evidence that money spent on many adult diseases should instead be spent in early life to prevent.

Heart disease, substance abuse, smoking, obesity, depression and anxiety, immune function, all leading to diminished life expectancy.

At What Age do children start making moral judgements about people around them?

Before you play the video, ask yourself the question above. Then watch.

Then check your answer by watching this engaging 4+ minute video. Dr. Kiley Hamlin dedicated her life's research, ultimately obtaining her PhD at Yale to answer that question.

Should you reward your child for doing chores and helpful acts?

Most parents reward their children to help - but what if that puts your child's happiness at risk? Kids are at home more than they've ever been. And you need them to help with the household chores. So like most parents, you reward them - - I know I did. But what if rewarding them for helping with chores now compromises their future happiness?

Certainty. Peace. Freedom.

Imagine the Uncertainty of parenting becomes Certain.

The Fear of what to do becomes Peace.

And finally, because you have a place you can trust, the Time Wasted searching for credible answers becomes Freedom to spend with those you love.

How will MindEDU be Free?

Hi, I'm Richard, Founder of MindEDU. I've been a citizen scientist of childhood parenting science on and off for about 30 years raising my first two children.  About eight years ago, two years after becoming a second-time around father of beautiful, identical twin girls, I had a life-ending misdiagnosis.

There's a gift that comes from that kind of news: an instant brilliant awareness of what's important; it was my baby daughters and what I thought I could do with the time I thought I had left to have the biggest impact make the world a better place for them.

The "me" has become a "we" as we have recruited many of the world's greatest researchers in early childhood development - all of us with the same passion: to make the world a better place.

So to bring to light this life-changing science that's not uncommonly hidden away in academic journals to the widest audience possible, it couldn't be hidden behind a paywall.

We will support ourselves with grants to our nonprofit foundation and eventually a certification program for caregivers.

Together with our researchers, we believe this is the most important mission on the planet.
